Disabled Take Center Stage at Knoxville 'Prom'

The "Prom of the Stars" is an annual dress-up dance for developmentally and mentally disabled people in East Tennessee. It's the highlight of the year for many who participate. Matt Schafer Powell of member station WUOT reports.
