Scowcroft: Bush Should Back U.N. Changes

A task force last week recommended a series of reforms to the United Nations. NPR's Michele Kelemen spoke to Brent Scowcroft, a member of the panel and a former National Security Advisor. Scowcroft is very optimistic the Bush administration will accept the recommendations.
