Since 2001, security concerns have made it more difficult for foreigners to visit the United States. Musicians are especially hard-hit, because they have to get a new visa every time they tour the U.S. In Brazil, some musicians wonder whether it's worth it anymore. NPR's Martin Kaste reports.
