Air Force Leadership Blamed in Sex Abuse Probe

The Pentagon issues a report blaming leadership failures for a decade of sexual assaults at the Air Force Academy. Last year, almost 150 women accused other cadets of sexual abuse or rape. Some said senior officers failed to respond to allegations — or punished them for coming forward. Hear NPR's Vicky O'Hara.
