Britain Detaining 11 Terror Suspects Indefinitely

Eleven foreigners are being held without charge in British prisons, detained under the country's tough new anti-terrorism laws. Those laws are now being challenged in court, which has forced Britain to opt out of the European Human Rights convention. NPR's Anthony Kuhn reports.
