OPEC Tackles Falling Oil Prices

OPEC ministers meet Friday in Cairo, and the slumping price of oil is expected to be on the agenda. Crude oil prices have fallen 24 percent from their peak in mid-October, but are still well above last year's level. NPR's Scott Horsley reports.
