Test Could Help Fine-Tune Breast Cancer Treatment

Researchers meeting in San Antonio are reporting promising results about a new genetic test that can predict which breast cancer patients will benefit from chemotherapy. But the test is costly, and its predictive ability isn't perfect. NPR's Joe Palca reports.
