Production of armored vehicles has gone up dramatically in the past year, from about 15 vehicles a month to 450. But amid questions about how well troops are protected in Iraq, the Army and at least one contractor are in negotiations to make more. Hear NPR's Scott Simon and NPR's Vicky O'Hara.
