Hopes Rest on Ambassador Bruton of the E.U.

The Bush administration has high hopes that John Bruton, the European Union's new ambassador to the United States, can help repair relations with Europe. NPR's Michele Kelemen profiles the diplomat, who was once involved in Northern Ireland peace negotiations.
