GM and Chrysler Announce New Hybrid Technology

General Motors and Daimler-Chrysler announce a joint venture to produce new engines and transmissions for use in different kinds of hybrid vehicles. The two companies are hoping to compete against Honda and Toyota for a corner of the hybrid market. Quinn Klinefelter of Detroit Public Radio reports.
