Junk Food Ban Puts L.A. Schools in the Red

NPR's Carrie Kahn reports on the unexpected consequences of new rules in Los Angeles schools banning the sale of junk food on campus. Students are eating more healthily, but the Los Angeles Unified School District has not been able to make up for the drop in food sales.
