President Bush presents the Medal of Freedom to three key players in the Iraq War: former CIA Director George Tenet, Retired Gen. Tommy Franks and former head of the Coalition Provisional Authority, Paul Bremer. The president said the three men played "pivotal roles in great events." NPR's David Welna reports.
