U.N.'s Annan Meets with Powell, Rice

U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan meets with outgoing Secretary of State Collin Powell and his replacement Condoleezza Rice. The Bush administration has given Annan only lukewarm support amid an unfolding scandal involving the U.N.'s oil-for-food program in Iraq. NPR's Michele Kelemen reports.
