Republican Moderates Look for Middle Ground

When Congress re-convenes in January 2005, it will be with a conservative Republican majority. But in the Senate, there are a handful of increasingly outspoken moderates, including Sen. Lincoln Chafee (R-RI), who will try to pull the legislative agenda back to the middle. Chafee joins NPR's Tony Cox to talk about the new Congress, the re-elected president and the role of moderates like him.
