Article Claims U.S. Misrepresents North Korea Threat

In the January issue of Foreign Affairs, Korea expert Selig Harrison accuses the White House of distorting the danger posed by North Korea's nuclear activities. "Relying on sketchy data, the Bush administration presented a worst-case scenario as an incontrovertible truth," Harrison writes. NPR's Mary Louise Kelly reports.
