Anthrax Preparations May Not Prevent Deaths

Earlier this year the government announced plans to buy enough anthrax vaccine to cover 25 million Americans. But a new study suggests that in many scenarios, a vaccine is unlikely to save many lives. NPR's David Kestenbaum reports.
