In San Diego, an unofficial review of disputed ballots finds write-in candidate Donna Frye has more votes than incumbent Mayor Dick Murphy. Murphy has already been sworn in for his second term, but he faces new challenges with lawsuits on the horizon. Alison St. John of member station KPBS reports.
