A Look at the CEOs of the Fortune 100

They are younger, rise faster and more of them are women. We look at how CEOs at the Fortune 100 companies have changed over the past 20 years. Hear Peter Cappelli, professor of management at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and NPR's Renee Montagne. He co-authored an article titled "The New Road to the Top," which will be published in the January issue of the Harvard Business Review.
