Drug Testing Process Leaves Consumers Vulnerable to Surprises

With new information coming out about the downsides of four popular pain relievers, consumers are facing the shortcomings of drug testing. Commentator Philip Hilts says the process of bringing drugs to market is not part of a defined plan, but a negotiation between drug manufacturers and the FDA.
