After 33 years, baseball is finally coming back to Washington D.C. Tuesday, the D.C. Council approved the financing of a new ballpark, with the blessing of Major League Baseball. The city will be able to seek private financing for a 41,000-seat stadium for the new Washington Nationals. NPR's Tom Goldman reports.
