Democrat Leads in Latest Washington State Gubernatorial Recount

The margin is 10 votes in the hand recount in the Washington state gubernatorial election, but that is surely not the end of the closest election in American history. Democrat Christine Gregoire holds a narrow lead over Republican Dino Rossi, and that margin is likely to grow after a ruling by the state Supreme Court Wednesday. Hear NPR's Wendy Kaufman.
