Palestinians Vote in Municipal Elections

Palestinians vote in the first municipal elections in the West Bank in nearly 30 years. Officials say nearly 900 candidates are competing for more than 300 seats in this first of three rounds of municipal voting. NPR's Peter Kenyon reports.
