Post Office: Volume Drops, But Service Rises

Despite holiday crowds at the post office, the volume of first-class mail sent every year is falling. The Postal Service has faced increasing competition over the past few years; recently, it has been lauded for its improved customer services. NPR's Nancy Marshall-Genzer reports.
