Relief Agencies Strive to Overcome Difficult Conditions

The United Nations says relief and reconstruction costs resulting from Sunday's tsunami could run into the billions. Relief agencies have been challenged with their own losses, even as they attempt to provide aid to others. NPR's Michele Kelemen reports.
