U.S. Forces Work to Restore Services to Fallujah

Marine Lt. Gen. John Sattler discusses American efforts to restore basic services to Fallujah, so that the 300,000 residents can begin returning. A major offensive by U.S.-led forces severely damaged the city. Sattler talks with NPR's Steve Inskeep.
