Chicago Sees Murder Rate Drop Dramatically

Dubbed the murder capital of the United States just a few years ago, Chicago is now on pace to record the fewest number of homicides in the city in nearly 40 years. NPR's David Schaper reports on the city's dramatic drop in its murder rate.
