'Morning Edition' Returns: Handfishing: Now Legal in Missouri

Noodling is the term for going after catfish with your hands. The practice was made illegal in Missouri out of concern that handfishers caught the biggest, breeding-age catfish. Starting this summer, there will be an experimental handfishing season.
