Aid Distribution Hampered in Indonesia's Aceh

Aid agencies and nearby countries are trying to send in relief supplies to Indonesia's hard-hit Aceh province; but it seems that even when supplies make it to the provincial capital Banda Aceh, they don't necessarily make it to people in need. NPR's Robert Siegel talks to reporter Alan Sipress of the Washington Post.
