Killed Marine's Father Fights to Get Son's E-Mail

The father of a Marine killed in Iraq is going to court to try to force Internet service provider Yahoo! to give him access to his son's e-mail account. Yahoo! has refused the request based on its privacy policy. NPR's David Schaper reports.
