World leaders meet in Jakarta, Indonesia, to discuss aiding tsunami victims. Nearly $4 billion in aid has been pledged, but some worry that not all pledges will be fulfilled. A tsunami early warning system will also be discussed. NPR's Renee Montagne speaks with NPR's Michael Sullivan.
