Mark Malloch Brown, the new chief of staff to U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan, is coordinating global relief efforts for tsunami victims. He says there appears to be plenty of money pledged for those in immediate need, but more aid must come months from now to help survivors rebuild homes and communities.
