Group Helps Prepare Nations for Disaster

Brian Tucker, head of GeoHazards International, talks about how developing countries are more vulnerable to natural catastrophes due to their poor infrastructure. They discuss the political, economic and social obstacles of convincing poor countries to adopt ways that would lessen the impact of disasters. Hear Tucker and NPR's Renee Montagne.
