NPR's Melissa Block talks with Khalil Shikaki, director of the Palestinian Center for Policy and Survey Research, about the outlook for the new Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas. Shikaki says Palestinians have high expectations for Abbas, so any failure could cause great disillusionment.
