Southern California Deluged by Rains

Southern California gets a year's worth of rain in just a few days, and the result is widespread flooding, mudslides and traffic gridlock. Monday afternoon, a mudslide damaged more than a dozen homes in the La Conchita community near Santa Barbara. NPR's Carrie Kahn reports.
