Soldiers to Accompany Tsunami Aid Groups in Aceh

NPR's Alex Chadwick talks with NPR's Adam Davidson in Banda Aceh, Indonesia, about a new government mandate requiring relief organizations to be accompanied by armed soldiers. The Indonesian government says aid workers need protection from rebel groups in the area.
