Aceh Aid Proceeds Despite Restrictions

Restrictions on the movements of foreigners in Indonesia's tsunami-hit Aceh province have not yet seemed to have an effect on efforts to aid victims. The government denies that the rules are political, saying it is trying to ensure safety amid a conflict with separatist rebels. NPR's Michael Sullivan reports.
