Episcopal Bishops Won't Halt Gay Ordination
Bishops of the Episcopal Church issue an apology for strained relationships and divisions in the church following the ordaining of an openly gay bishop. But they declined to stop the practice and rejected an immediate moratorium on gay marriages. NPR's Howard Berkes reports.
