New Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas took the oath of office Saturday, but he's off to a difficult start. Israel suspended contact after a deadly attack by Palestinian militants. And dozens of members of the Palestinian electoral commission quit, citing irregularities in last week's vote. NPR's Julie McCarthy reports.
