Veneman Expected to Become New UNICEF Chief

Anne Veneman, U.S. secretary of Agriculture during President Bush's first term, is expected to become the next head of UNICEF. If approved by the United Nations board, Veneman would replace the outgoing Carol Bellamy, who has overseen the U.N. Children's Board for the past decade.
