Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon says he's committed to withdrawing Jewish settlers and Israeli troops from Gaza beginning next summer. But, according to Israeli media, an estimated 5,000 soldiers have signed a petition saying they will refuse orders to evacuate Jewish settlers from their homes.
