Romeo Dallaire, 'The Failure of Humanity in Rwanda'
Dallaire was commander of the United Nations peacekeeping forces in Rwanda during one of the worst massacres in modern history. Some 800,000 Rwandans were killed in 100 days. His account, Shake Hands with the Devil: The Failure of Humanity in Rwanda is now in paperback. This interview was originally broadcast on May 17, 2004.
