Congress Eyes Boost in Iraq Death Benefits

Proposed legislation on Capitol Hill would boost death benefits for family members of service personnel who die in Iraq. Senate Republicans plan to introduce a bill to expand benefits, despite pressure from the White House to keep a tight lid on spending this year.
