On Monday we read from your emails. On Inauguration Day, we asked listeners to tell us what domestic issue the president should focus on in the next four years. Based on your emails, health care was among the top contenders.

From Debbie in San Antonio, Texas: "As a physician, my life would be better if we had universal health coverage. I want to take care of patients regardless of their ability to pay, and I want patients to be able to get necessary tests and medications."
