NPR's Alex Chadwick talks with NPR's Michele Kelemen about Tuesday's Senate debate over the confirmation of Condoleezza Rice as Secretary of State. A vote by the full Senate is expected Wednesday, and the former White House National Security Advisor is expected to easily win confirmation — but not without some scolding by Senate Democrats.
