Group Alleges Abuses by Iraqi Security Forces

An international human rights group says Iraqi security forces have been arbitrarily detaining and abusing prisoners in Iraq. Human Rights Watch says prisoners are being tortured, detained illegally and forced to sign confessions. The group says the interim Iraqi government has failed to change the culture of abuse that existed under Saddam Hussein. Anthony Kuhn reports.
