Commentator: Shia Majority Must Share Power with Sunnis

Commentator James Dobbins, former special envoy to Afghanistan, says the upcoming Iraqi elections could make ethnic strife there even worse. He says the Shia majority needs to devise a way to share power with the Sunni minority after the elections.
