GOP Sees Divide on Immigration Policy Reform

Immigration policy is high on President Bush's domestic agenda for his second term. But within the Republican Party, there's sharp disagreement. The president wants to create a guest worker program but key Republicans in the House warn against anything that might benefit illegal immigrants.
