Prosecutors Shift Strategy in Tyco Execs' Retrial

Prosecutors are distilling their arguments at the retrial of two former Tyco International executives by focusing on the alleged crimes of Dennis Kozlowski and Mark Swartz. The first case, which ended in a mistrial, saw much testimony about the executives' lavish lifestyles.
