Program Brings Farmers' Markets to Low Income Communities

At a farmers' market in West Oakland, Calif., shoppers who don't usually have access to fresh produce buy organic fruits and vegetables from Central Valley farmers. The program, funded by a government grant, is helping to change eating habits in a low-income community.
