Bush to Discuss Iraq, Social Security in State of the Union Address

President Bush delivers his State of the Union address to Congress Wednesday night, splitting his time between international and domestic matters. The situation in Iraq will figure prominently in the speech, as will the president's plans to overhaul Social Security.
